Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason your items do not work out, we accept returns within 14 days of your item(s) delivery. All item(s) must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping. The easiest way to place an exchange at this time, is to return your items and place a new order. Please email to initiate an online return.

Damaged Items 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 


All orders are shipped UPS or USPS from Tucson, AZ. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped with UPS due to COVID-19 , increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control.
